From Vicki at the front desk to Dr. Starck, the oral surgeon, everyone did they're best being friendly and professional, while making me feel comfortable. We were referred to them by our dentist and I am extremely grateful!  From the warm welcome by the office manager Vicky and help with insurance documentation, to the reassuring consultation with Dr. Stark and his co-workers, I could tell that this office was unlike others I have had experience with.  Dr. Stark takes pride in the patient's whole experience from beginning to end. There is a relaxing nature that flows throughout the office putting everyone at ease, including mom.  One of my daughters has extreme anxiety with needles and the team was wonderful walking her through the whole i.v. process and keeping her calm.  I cannot say enough positive things about everyone at Arrow Oral Surgery.  I highly recommend anyone seeking oral surgery, to ask for a referral to Dr. Stark.
